The Cold Strike System
When seconds count and lives hang in the balance, Cold Strike doesn’t wait. Designed for warfighters, medics, and first responders, this is more than a cooler, it’s a battlefield solution. No water. No tubs. No wasted motion. Just rapid, full-body cooling the moment you drop the casualty. Sheets hit skin, core temps drop, and chaos turns to control. Cold Strike is the evolution of heat casualty response. Rugged, fast, and relentless.

Cold Strike’s ruggedized cooler is engineered to handle the harshest conditions: on the field, at the range, or in the heat of competition. It maintains cold temperatures for up to 24 hours, giving you peace of mind when it matters most.

Cold Strike’s integrated racking and Ball Mount system ensures each cooling sheet stays neatly organized, visible, and easy to access; no tangles, no guesswork. During transport, the mounts keep sheets securely in place to prevent shifting or entanglement that could slow response time. When every second counts, Cold Strike removes the unexpected so you can focus on the patient, not the equipment.

Cold Strike is designed for simplicity under pressure. Clear, highly visible instructions make it easy for teammates or non-medical personnel to assist or even administer treatment independently without hesitation or error. Life-saving care, made accessible when it matters most.
How It Works
1. Prepare the Sheets
Cut five twin-size sheets in half and attach a Ball Mount to each. These mounts secure the sheets inside the Cold Strike’s internal racking system to keep them organized, tangle-free, and easy to deploy.

2. Load the Cooler
Fill the cooler with approximately 20–30 lbs of ice—enough to reach about halfway up the hanging sheets. Then add clean water until the sheets are fully submerged. This creates a cold water-ice slurry that rapidly chills the sheets for optimal cooling.

3. Prepare the Patient
Lay the patient flat on their back with arms and legs extended. If available, use a stretcher or elevated surface to allow airflow beneath them. Expose as much skin as possible to maximize contact with the cold sheets.

4. Apply the Sheets
Remove each sheet from the rack and apply to key areas: Sheet 1: Across the shoulders and back of the neck. Sheets 2 & 3: Placed in each armpit Sheet 4: Across the groin and inner thighs Sheet 5: Draped over the chest and abdomen. Ensure full skin contact without wrapping or restricting the patient.

5. Rotate and Re-Soak
Every 3–5 minutes, rotate and re-soak the sheets to maintain effective cooling. Continue until the patient’s core temperature drops below 102°F or as directed by medical protocol.

6. Clean and Store
After use, drain the cooler, hang sheets to dry, and wipe down the interior. Ball Mounts can be removed for cleaning. Cold Strike is now ready for its next use.
